Aston Secure Desktop is a security tool for your desktop. With this application you can be totally sure that the elements on your desktop can´t be modified by anyone, even if they have access.

It is also a useful tool in cases where you need to personalize the desktop as a work area, and this means limited space. Thus Aston Secure Desktop can be configured in two ways, one by the user and another by the administrator. In administrator mode you can establish the availability of applications and programs, the time and date of the system and the screen configuration as you wish. However, in the user mode there is no chance to modify the predefined configuration. To change between modes, just use Ctrl + Win + Del and insert the administrator password.

For better security, with Aston Secure Desktop, in user mode you can only use programs permitted by the administrator, which makes it an authentic security tool, so children can´t access set applications, or so other people can´t do new installations or eliminate existing ones.

Together with this application, Aston Secure Desktop, there are also three desktop themes, with three different designs to be more personalized. You have to remember that all programs in this category can be modified both in terms of desktop and Windows Startup menu, so at first you might have trouble locating some programs or applications.
